OUR VISION

Prato Square’s long-term vision is a four building rental complex featuring 144 suites surrounding a Central Plaza & Green Space.  Phase 1 was completed in 2009 and Phase 2 will be completed and available for rent by July 2018. Prato Square will continue to grow in the years to come.

What makes us special?  Modern conveniences for contemporary living: all our suites feature clean modern lines, thoughtfully organized interiors and the convenience of five appliances.  With spacious galley style kitchens and large open living and dining spaces, each suite also comes with an in-suite laundry/storage room complete with stacking washer and dryer.  Each suite also features a large, deep balcony with plenty of usable space.  Some suites in Phase 1 even feature a smaller secondary balcony or a large wrap around balcony maximizing usable outdoor space.

Why drive when you can walk?  With its close proximity to downtown and countless other amenities, Prato Square makes the urban walkable lifestyle possible.  If biking is more your style, we offer a secure bike storage room in the building.  If you use public transportation, there are several transit routes that run in close proximity to Prato Square (http://www.bctransit.com).  For those preferring to drive, Prato Square has underground parking and easy access to all parts of the city.
